Japanese lifestyle brand Karimoku launches its sixth case, the Swedish restaurant ÄNG. Norm Architects have implemented a custom-designed interior concept that focuses on Scandinavian and Japanese design principles alike and welcomes the Swedish nature inside the modern greenhouse.
Located in a newly built, modern glasshouse and emerging from the tranquil meadow in the county Halland, Restaurang ÄNG comprises a bar and lounge area, a wine cellar as well as a dining area. The goal was to create an elevated experience around food and wine, adding to the culinary program at ÄNG. For this new case study, Norm Architects and Keiji Ashizawa have implemented an interior concept and designed bespoke furniture items and accessories.
