REUBER HENNING PRESENTS NEW COLLECTION AT CURRENTS BERLIN

The Berlin-based design label Reuber Henning will present its new collection of hand-knotted rugs, ONO, at the inaugural edition of the new design festival Currents. Design in Berlin, taking place from 10–12 September 2026. The collection will be shown in a group exhibition with Vogel Studio, curated by Studio Mara. As part of the exhibition “A Space for Reuber Henning and Vogel Studio by Studio Mara”, Reuber Henning will present four variations of ONO in an installation that brings the collection’s tactile and visual qualities to life.

The joint exhibition will take place at AM TACHELES in Berlin-Mitte, in a townhouse designed by Herzog & de Meuron. The rugs enter into a spatial dialogue with the objects by Vogel Studio and the architecture of the unfinished apartment. As an architectural exhibition space, the space itself becomes an integral part of the installation, creating relationships between material and proportion while consciously incorporating existing surfaces and sightlines.

Following its launch at this year’s 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen, Reuber Henning will present ONO for the first time in Germany.
